Believe it or not, one Pakistani actor and one Hollywood actor have dominated the Pakistani box office in recent times, given the number of hit movies they have enjoyed with the local audiences here.<\/p>\n

The Pakistani film industry is taking a turn for the better! Although there was no movie in the previous decade to hit the Rs 200 million mark, the first Pakistani film to make its mark was “Waar<\/strong>” in 2013. Many movies soon followed, concluding the hits with the 2019 holiday release “Parey Hut Love”<\/strong> and “Superstar<\/strong>.” While Hollywood had only had 5 in the list of blockbusters, and three of these non-holiday films starred The Rock. Some might say Humayun Saeed and The Rock are the epitome for Blockbuster movies.<\/p>\n

We have our famous Humayun Saeed and The Rock tied-up with most hit movies in Pakistan. And that is indeed impressive.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Humayun Saeed<\/h3>\n

Humayun Saeed, the famous Punjabi actor, has been in eighteen movies in total. Kicking off his career in the 80s, Humayun first debuted in a movie in 1999. His first movie was Samina Peerzada’s “Inteha<\/strong>,” while recently he’s working as a lead in “London Nahi Jaunga<\/strong>.” Most, if not all, of his movies, are known for performing like a blockbuster in the Pakistani film industry.<\/p>\n

In fact, he has given us three movies that have earned more than PKR 300 million; with “Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2<\/strong>” going over the Rs 500 million mark!<\/p>\n
