IRM (Institute of Rural Management) Smart School<\/a> has around 20 schools for the underprivileged kids in Lahore alone, with 61 schools established all over Pakistan in total. The objective of this school is simple yet crucial for the future leaders of Pakistan; education for children living below the poverty line at a minimal to no cost.<\/p>\n

This school, despite charging nothing, uses state of the art teaching techniques and technology to educate kids from first till fifth grade. IRM Smart School is teaching kids living in Heera Mandi as well, despite the taboos attached to the place.<\/p>\n

This school has been focusing on instilling a sense of curiosity in out-of-school street children, even going on to prepare them for further education. The total number of students currently enrolled here is 2060, 53% of whom are females.<\/p>\n

But the school recently got a lot of attention for one of its one-room schools located in a particular area.<\/p>\n

Education for all!<\/h3>\n

While some people joke about the whole concept of Heera Mandi (The Diamond Market), a lot of us presume there are no little humans living in its premises. Dreams have no limits and no bounds; education is claimed to be for all but not everyone is presented with the opportunity to get this basic human right.<\/p>\n

The IRM Smart School established one of its schools in this area because they stand for educating people regardless of their lifestyles and or backgrounds.<\/p>\n

The Wonder Women behind it<\/h3>\n

The two women behind all this hard work and dedication who show these kids the light towards the end of the tunnel are Iram and Shazia.<\/p>\n

Iram is the administrator and manager of the entire office, and Shazia, her assistant. Both these women have undeniable confidence and determination to live up to the standards and goals of the administration. They work around the clock, from home, and sometimes travelling in their semi-automatic Corolla, to ensure proper management in all the schools established by the IRM.<\/p>\n
