In fact, entire central and southern Iraq woke up to a white blanket. Snowfall in Iraq is nothing short of a miracle.<\/p>\n<p>The people of Baghdad and Karbala were given a special surprise on the morning of February 11. The first snowfall in the capital city was recorded in 2008, however, it was quick and by the time people figured out what really happened, it stopped.
