Actors Tahir Raj Bhasin and Taapsee Pannu will be teaming up together to work on a Hindi adaption of a popular German film called Run Lola Run<\/strong>. An ambitious project, the 1998 Tom Tykwer directed film featured the story of two star-crossed lovers who find themselves left with a couple of minutes to change their lives forever.<\/p>\n

The Hindi version of film is titled Looop Lapeta<\/strong> and will be helmed by Aakash Bhatia, who will making his official directorial debut. The film will be produced by Sony Pictures Films India, Ellipsis Entertainment and Aayush Maheshwari.<\/p>\n

When Aayush Maheshwari approached us with the rights, we agreed immediately and invested the better part of three years in working on various versions and drafts to adapt the German film to suit an Indian context. Finally, after working closely with our writers Vinay Chhawal and Ketan Pedgaonkar, what we have in our midst, is absolute gold.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
