People are more open-minded than they were in the past. One of the current in-demand actress Sonya Hussain shared her two-cents on one particular aspect of the showbiz that Pakistan industry has adapted from Bollywood \u2013 the item number.<\/p>\n

Much like people\u2019s lifestyle interest these days, general public\u2019s movie choices have also changed. People want to see more romance, dances, and music in Pakistani films, so producers are giving the public what they want, films that provide over-the-top comedy, grand cinematography and eye-catching item numbers now. There are item numbers, romance, action, thrill, and drama.<\/p>\n

The films that focus on social issues get less popularity and recognition than comedy or romantic films. For the purist, this is a bad sign, Pakistan has the potential to produce gripping films that focus on social issues.<\/p>\n
However, the rom-com films have produced huge box office numbers that have boosted Pakistan\u2019s popularity across the border.<\/p>\n
