Ushna Shah is a famous Pakistani actress. The 36-year-old made her debut in 2013 in Mere Khwabon Ka Diya<\/strong>. The actress from Alif Allah<\/strong> and Insan<\/strong> was under the microscope last year.<\/p>\n

The actress made tone-deaf ‘classist’ and sexist remarks at a pizza delivery guy, not understanding the position she was in. To make matters worse, she later tried to explain the cringeworthy story in an Instagram post.<\/p>\n

Ushna assumed that the pizza delivery guy was scared of the dog she was holding because of one reason alone. The reason very conveniently being ‘a girl was holding the dog’s leash’. Not once did the pizza delivery guy said it out loud that that was the reason, but Ushna took it upon herself to attack a low-wage employee with sexist remarks because of her assumptions.<\/p>\n

In her video, she explained why she did what she did. In short, it was because of the ‘patriarchy of the society’ that this privileged actress had to attack an innocent pizza delivery guy who was scared of a dog.<\/p>\n

Looks like this ‘social activist’ and ‘feminist’ believes in attacking even if you’re not attacked. Better safe than sorry, right?<\/p>\n

Recently, the actress spoke about the rights of animals.<\/p>\n

We believe these remarks are good in their way. And that’s fine.<\/p>\n

We are nobody to deny that celebrities should talk about social issues such as animal abuse and violence. But given her history and the non-apology that followed, people were reminded of the earlier incident.<\/p>\n
