Much like Govinda, it seems 90s starlet Juhi Chawla might be losing it. The Ishq<\/em><\/strong> actress claims she ‘made stars out of everybody else’ during her film career.<\/p>\n

Juhi Chawla was among the Bollywood\u2019s most popular actresses in the 90s. The actress became an instant favorite with her debut film Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak<\/em><\/strong>. The 1988 hit film cast Juhi opposite Aamir Khan.<\/p>\n

That fame got to her head the starlet admitted in an interview with journalist Rajeev Masand. The actress made some bizarre statements on her appearance in \u2018Women We Love<\/em><\/strong>\u2019.<\/p>\n

As a result of her ‘ego<\/em>‘, she turned down some of Bollywood\u2019s greatest hits like Dil To Pagal Hai<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(1997) and\u00a0Raja Hindustani<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(1996).<\/p>\n

\u201cI became pig-headed. I suddenly thought the industry will stop if I don\u2019t work. I got some amazing chances to work in films, but my ego came in the way … I didn\u2019t do some films which I could have done, which may have been harder work and more competitive.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

According to Juhi Chawla by rejecting roles initially offered to her, she ‘made stars out of everybody else’. That somebody else was none other than Karisma Kapoor.<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t go\u00a0Dil To Pagal Hai<\/em>\u00a0(1997), I didn\u2019t do\u00a0Raja Hindustani<\/em>\u00a0(1996). I made stars out of everybody else.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

For context, these are two of Karishma’s greatest hits.\u00a0Juhi even joked around that she’s responsible for Karishma’s stardom.<\/p>\n
