In this time of crisis, where the whole country has closed its doors from the outside world, many are suffering on the streets.\u00a0This includes the underprivileged people whose daily wages have been greatly disturbed by the lockdown as well the streets animals who depend on the food and morsels thrown out from local restaurants.<\/p>\n
The government and people are doing all they can at helping out the poor and the needy. They are collecting rations and all the necessary products to support these families. But what about the animals who have no caring home to go to? Ayeza Khan reminds us that they too deserve our care.<\/p>\n
Ayeza Khan raised awareness about this particular issue through her social media. She posted a selfie with pigeons in the background and requested everyone to take care of street animals. She wrote,<\/p>\n
\n“Me janti hn hum sabkay freezers and kitchens is time over loaded hai, halaat jo b ho par bhook tu lagegi or food is the only entertainment we have these days. Bus jese hume bhook lgti ha wese he in sab ko b lgti ha, pls feed the street dogs, cats, pigeons or jo b nazar aye apko ird gird animal.” <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n(I know our freezers and kitchens are loaded with food right now. It doesn’t matter what the situation is but we will get hungry and food is the only entertainment we have these days. Just like us, they get hungry as well. Please feed the street dogs, cats, pigeons or any other animal that you see around you.)

She further went on to say that just like us, these animals are also anxious. And most of all, they can’t understand what is actually happening around them. However, Allah Almighty listens to their prayers as well.<\/p>\n
