Mehreen Syed is one of the top models in the fashion industry. The supermodel is a well-known name in the world of fashion as Mehreen\u2019s looks and pose has gotten her numerous exclusive offers to walk the runway. However, becoming a supermodel was not at all smooth or convenient as Mehreen had to through a lot in her quest to become a successful model.<\/p>\n

In a recent interview with Iffat Omar, the model opened up about her painful journey. She shared,<\/p>\n

\u201cIn my first show, I was kicked out and designers refused to give clothes to me. Actually it\u2019s very emotional sometimes the people who didn\u2019t like to sit with me I took that thing positively and now the same people sit with me and love me. So, it\u2019s an achievement for me.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Growing up, Mehreen had a tough childhood as she lost her father when she was just three years old. Her mother is a lawyer and life was difficult as Mehreen Syed also revealed that her own family were not supportive of her career choice and strongly against it.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was the only one who was not groomed at all, less educated and I belonged to a Syed family. From young, I wanted to do something and on my first shoot, I got ten thousand rupees. I was so happy about that. My whole family was against me and even after my first shoot, I was beaten.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Mehreen persevered and continued following her passion, working different jobs to pay her studies as well. Her mother was very proud of her and supported her in achieving her goals.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo afford my studies I became an air hostess. After college time I used to do my job. I just decided I had to become a model and my mother supported me. My family supported me and in this industry, I was the only one who didn\u2019t belong here but I learnt a lot and still learning,\u201d she said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
