What is Dalgona Coffee?<\/h3>\n

Let’s learn some interesting facts about this trendy coffee which everyone’s talking about.<\/p>\n

Dalgona coffee is basically a very creamy form of coffee. You whip all the ingredients until it becomes soft and fluffy and then add it to a glass of cold milk.<\/p>\n

To put it into simpler terms, it’s our regular cappuccino standing on its head. Instead of adding hot milk to a cup of hand-beaten coffee mixture, you just put the coffee at the top of your beverage.<\/p>\n

A New Member of the Coffee Family?<\/h3>\n

Dalgona is not even new though. The drink first originated in South Asia where people have been consuming it for decades. We just call it beaten coffee or whipped coffee.<\/p>\n

But its surge in popularity began with an episode of a South Korean variety show Pyunstorang<\/em><\/strong>, where celebrities compete to develop new recipes and eventually introducing them to the general public.<\/p>\n
