Meesha Shafi is a Pakistani actress, model, and singer. She’s acted in some big hit movies like Bhaag Milkha Bhaag<\/strong>,\u00a0The Reluctant Fundamentalist<\/strong>, and\u00a0Waar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The fans particularly love her voice and have always promoted some of her famous songs. From\u00a0Bholay Bhalay<\/strong> to Speaker Phaar<\/strong>, she’s given us all some nice songs to add to our playlist.<\/p>\n

Currently, she was working on a long due album EP<\/strong>, which was set to release this year. But, given the lockdown situation, that might be impossible at this moment.<\/p>\n

She’s collaborating for a song with Abdullah Siddiqui, a known musician who has made a name for himself in the EDM genre in Pakistan.<\/p>\n

Abdullah’s song\u00a0Resistance<\/strong> Nescafe Basement has a whopping 3.5 million views. The 18-year-old singer\/songwriter already has an album to his name called\u00a0Metannoya<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On a live stream on Instagram, the two of them shared with the public that they’re working on a duet\u00a0Amrit<\/strong> together.<\/p>\n

Meesha said,<\/p>\n

The biggest difference is language. I have been singing and writing in Urdu; Abdullah is producing this song I wrote in Urdu and to translate it into English and to discuss it and express its mood and communicate its feel, we looked at several visual references.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The two of them have created hype for their upcoming song in collaboration with each other.<\/p>\n
