Her meals were followed by an apple and green tea with half an hour intervals in between the three foods and beverages.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Meherbaan\u00a0<\/strong>actress agrees that this is a very tough diet ritual that not everyone can follow.<\/p>\n<p>She further added that she drank lots of water to keep her skin healthy and glowing.
