Dr. Geoffrey Shaw is Australia’s High Commissioner to Pakistan. But we bet you didn’t know this about him. It turns out that this man is no stranger to Pakistani cuisine.<\/p>\n
In a video posted on Twitter on Wednesday, the Australian HC shared his first experience of making a Pakistani dish. He wrote,<\/p>\n
I tried preparing a traditional Iftar recipe \u2018chana chaat\u2019 at home. It is light & refreshing, & a perfect way to celebrate Ramadan. While we practice #socialdistancing this Ramadan, it is good to find small ways to mark this holy month with family and community. #RamzanMubarak<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
In the video, he can be seen wearing a black apron with the Australian government’s logo on it. And, Dr. Shaw looks absolutely delighted while preparing his first Pakistani meal.<\/p>\n
He added all the key ingredients to the mix like boiled chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, and coriander. So, we already know that the dish was delicious.<\/p>\n
