However, Shaniera Akram isn&#8217;t letting us brush our disregard for personal safety aside by nonchalantly saying that &#8216;<em>this is Pakistan<\/em>&#8216;. Everything goes huh? Wrong, because Shaniera bhabhi has had enough of this.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-262846 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/lens\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/This-is-Pakistan.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"326\" height=\"250\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Whether people throw that dialogue around out of melancholy or misplaced courage, Shainera Akram is going all full &#8216;momma bear&#8217; on us with a class on taking responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>She took to Twitter to call out people on their irresponsible behavior.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">I wish for once, people would stop saying \u201cbut this is Pakistan\u201d and stop acting as though we don\u2019t matter and start to take some responsibility. Further explaining the risk this merry-making pre-Eid shopping presents, and how much worse it can get if we keep this up through Eid.<\/p>\n<p>Stressing the importance of social distancing and being careful, she urged everyone to stay at home during Eid, not just to protect ourselves but also our families.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAnyone with a challenged immune system cannot risk celebrating Eid with anyone other than who they are quarantined with, &#8230; If the people they are quarantined with go out and meet people, they are the ones likely to contract the virus and bring it home.
