Details continue to surface surrounding the viral video of Uzma Khan and her sister being attacked in a house in DHA Lahore by Amna Usman. According to reports, the woman who assaulted the actress is the wife of Malik Riaz\u2019s sister-in-law’s son, Usman Malik.<\/p>\n

Uzma has demanded security and action against the women for assaulting her in her DHA residence. Uzma also claims that she refused Usman Malik\u2019s marriage proposal and says that she is a legal occupant of the house.<\/p>\n

However, the latter claim has come into question because according to various news sources, the property was rented out to a Fahad Noor in January, who was unaware of the actress living there.<\/p>\n

While addressing the press at the Lahore Press Club on Thursday, Uzma Khan\u2019s lawyer, Advocate Mian Ali Ashfaq and Barrister Hassan Khan Niazi spoke on behalf of their client.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe should be provided security as we are being harassed by people on telephone, the DIG investigation should be personally involved in the case so that the probe is not biased, and thirdly, we want the persons nominated by us to be arrested immediately,\u201d Advocate Ali said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Responding to a question about Amna Usman\u2019s claim of having warned Uzma multiple times, the actress said that she had never been contacted by Amna before.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe day she broke into my house was the first time I saw her.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The actress also made it clear that she will not be looking for any sort of monetary settlement from the real estate tycoon, Malik Riaz, for how his family member assaulted her. Uzma Khan wants to take legal action against the persons nominated in the FIR.<\/p>\n

As for the property, Uzma\u2019s legal team clarified that the house was owned by Babar Naseem, a close friend of Uzma. The actress had signed a rental agreement with him. However, it was later brought to public knowledge that the property was owned by a third-party, Fahad Noor, who rented it to Babar.<\/p>\n
