The Seljuk princess dons a variety of ‘modest chic’ looks that even give Jordan’s Queen Rania Abdullah<\/a> a run for her money.<\/p>\n

For those of you that weren’t paying as much attention to the costume changes, subtle details about Esra-Bilgic\u0327’s costume as Halime Sultan change with the circumstances.<\/p>\n

We might assume the warrior princess consistently dons the same headgear we see her in the posters. We have all seen those blue flecks that go with her blue costume.<\/p>\n

Halime Sultan – the warrior princess<\/h3>\n

As we see more of her fiery side and as she grows into a mother (and queen), her costumes also undergo a change. She’s now dressed more like a chieftain-in-charge. We even see more colors in her headgear. This is a pretty cool stylistic shift that lets the audience see her evolve right in front of their eyes.<\/p>\n
