It is hard to tell the two apart! Nour recently broke the silence on the whole doppelganger matter as she was thrilled to find out she has an identical twin. Nour did an interview in which she said she was happy to be compared to someone as beautiful and charming as Iqra and would love to meet her someday.<\/p>\n
