It\u2019s been roughly around three weeks since news broke that TV host Nida Yasir and her family tested positive for coronavirus or COVID-19. Fortunately, the morning show host has now recovered and is n good health.<\/p>\n

Despite this being good news, some people on social media are not buying it. Some fans who sympathized with Nida after she tested positive for the deadly virus, now believe that they were being lied to. They are being skeptical and critical of the actress as they believe she never had the coronavirus.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy Instagram, my messenger are filled with so many affectionate messages and prayers from everyone. So many from the entertainment industry called in to ask about our health. But many hurt me as well. There were few who said that we had been paid by the government or that it was all a facade. There were few who said, \u2018They used to come to work every day! Acha hua\u2019.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

On Monday, Nida shared details about her family\u2019s battle with COVID-19, and how she missed coming on air.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt has become so habitual for me to meet you guys (the audience) every day, that these last three weeks have been very difficult. The year 2020 is not about succeeding; it is about survival.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Nida further revealed that it was her husband Yasir who developed a fever that got them convinced to get tested.<\/p>\n

\u201cYasir went to recce and when he got back, he had a mild fever\u2026 Yasir\u2019s Mera Dil Mera Dushman<\/strong> co-star Naveed Raza called him and told him he has a similar fever\u2026 The next morning when our daughter, Sila, woke up, she had the same fever. That\u2019s when Yasir panicked. I still didn\u2019t have any symptoms. The hardest thing was to not be with my son. He\u2019s so young, he would be crying and I couldn\u2019t go and hug him. We\u2019d wave hands from a distance. It\u2019s very difficult. That\u2019s why everyone says that you should only go out if there\u2019s an absolute need for you to.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
