TikTok deaths are becoming very common as teenagers go a little too far for their videos on the mobile phone app. Recently, an eighteen-year-old boy lost his life in Narowal while recording a TikTok video with three other friends.<\/p>\n
Reports suggest that Muhammad Husnain was recording a video in the Narowal canal when his foot slipped and he fell in the water. Unable to swim, the young man drowned.<\/p>\n
Rescue officials found his body after searching the area for 6 days. The body was shifted to his native village.<\/p>\n
Police have decided to take action and interrogate Husnain’s friends.<\/p>\n
Such incidents are not new in the country. Earlier a 26-year-old, in the Korangi area of Karachi, lost his life while driving and recording a video with his friends.<\/p>\n
Another teenage boy accidently shot himself dead in the city while recording a TikTok video. He was cleaning his father’s firearm while making a TikTok video.<\/p>\n
We are all about supporting and promoting creativity among the youth of our country, but these TikTok deaths suggest the app has taken a toll on them. Will parents step in before its too late?<\/p>\n
