She took to her social media to share the good news and thank her fans for sticking by her side through hard times.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Meri Jaan<\/strong> actress was admitted to the hospital and underwent surgery. She had been in recovery this whole time and is finally well and back home. Taking to her Twitter account, she said:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Lying in hospital now for over two weeks &amp; I&#8217;m healing. Out of the danger zone.
