The debate over foreign actors working for Pakistani brands is getting way too long. While some actors like Yasir Hussain are against them signing deals with Pakistani brands, others like Anoushey Ashraf are of the view that we should welcome them as we have in the past with Bollywood celebrities.<\/p>\n

In a recent live session, the two actors shared their opinions and talked about the whole situation in detail.<\/p>\n

“Two sides to a story? Even though I\u2019m still pro about International artists working here just like all other industries sell international products here, however, I clearly see his point on respect and actively making our industry better,<\/span>” Anoushey wrote on her Instagram.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Yasir Hussain Explains Why He is Against It<\/h3>\n

Here’s what he said:<\/p>\n

“She should come here for one year and work hard like our actresses and then she deserves a brand. She must collaborate with us, she is even shooting in Turkey. If she had came to Pakistan and shot the ad in Peshawar or in Karachi, I would understand. But now our people have no work. What did we get? Even they didn\u2019t get business from it.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Anoushey Has Her Own Opinion<\/h3>\n

Anoushey disagreed with him as she thinks Bollywood actors have also worked with Pakistani brands and fashion designers.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think so that one or two campaigns can jeopardize our career or shut down studios. Kareena Kapoor has also worked for Faraz Manan.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Yasir could not understand her point and said that he is surprised to hear this from her. In response, the Pakistan Idol<\/strong> host said,<\/p>\n

“Because I was happy when I watched the series and I thought she should come and this is how brands are earning and selling their product.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
