<\/p>\nAbout a month ago, a man was killed in his home at Lahore\u2019s Kot Lakhpat area as a result of an attempted robbery. However, shocking discoveries have been made by the police as the deceased man was murdered by his own family.<\/p>\n

According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Investigation Zeeshan Asghar, the victim\u2019s name was Arshad.<\/p>\n
Originally, the incident was reported as a robbery by his family. The version given was that Arshad was killed in resistance against dacoits, protecting his family.<\/p>\n
However, recent discoveries revealed that it was all staged as the man\u2019s family was involved in his murder.<\/p>\n

Two of the people in custody are the man\u2019s wife, Sajda Bibi, and his daughter, Saira. The other two culprits are Moazzam, Saira\u2019s suitor, and Irfan, a friend of Moazzam.<\/p>\n Police investigation revealed that Arshad\u2019s murder was staged as a robbery cum murder as a cover-up to the actual events that led to his death.<\/strong><\/p>\n According to the police investigation, Saira wanted to marry Moazzam but her father refused the proposal. In retaliation, the daughter handed over her father\u2019s licensed pistol to Moazzam \u2013 who with the help of his accomplice, Irfan, gunned down Arshad. The victim\u2019s wife reported the incident as a home robbery gone wrong.<\/p>\n It seems humanity is lost. It is horrible to see that people will go to such lengths against their own family.
