According to the mother, the suspect opened fire on her sons at their house in Ali Jan Qila.<\/p>\n<p>After the murder, the killer fled abroad to Malaysia, hoping to evade the consequences of his actions. However, he could not get far as the slain brothers\u2019 mother plea for justice on social media went viral.<\/p>\n<p>Soon, after the Malaysian authorities agreed to extradite the suspect back to Pakistan where the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police produced him in the court to face charges of a triple murder case<\/p>\n<p>However, it seems that justice is blind as the local Charsadda court decided to release the suspect, who\u2019s accused of a triple murder, on bail for \u2018lack of evidence\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, the court\u2019s decision came because of the prosecution\u2019s failure to present any strong evidence against him. The court accepted the suspect\u2019s bail on a surety bond of Rs. 400,000.<\/p>\n<p>This isn\u2019t the first time a suspect has been released over a lack of evidence.
