One of the most interesting drama serials in recent times, Sabaat <\/strong>is a very popular show. One of the stars of the hit drama, Mawra Hocane, sat down for an interview to share her views about the project and how the show\u2019s premise is so close to her heart.<\/p>\n

Written by Kashif Anwar and directed by Shahzad Kashmiri, Sabaat <\/strong>follows the story of a strong-headed and highly ambitious women\u2019s rights activist, Anaya. Played by the lovely Mawra Hocane, the lead character is the daughter of a government servant.<\/p>\n

Mawra\u2019s character comes from a humble background and drama follows her journey as she understands the bitter truths of life. Produced by Momina Duraid Productions (MD Productions), Sabaat <\/strong>features a star-studded cast that includes Usman Mukhtar, Sarah Khan, and Ameer Gilani.<\/p>\n

The popular actress revealed that Sabaat <\/strong>is one of her most special projects as she instantly fell in love with the script because of how well her character was written and how the drama reflects our society.<\/p>\n

Mawra described her character as shy but fearless, who has a clear distinction of right and wrong.<\/p>\n

The actress also shared that the drama has a very important message about women being strong. Overall, she revealed that being part of the project has been a very fulfilling and rejuvenating experience for her.<\/p>\n
