The world-famous IHOP is finally ready to open its first branch in the city.<\/p>\n<p>For those who are unaware. IHOP is a multinational restaurant chain that specializes in breakfast foods. Last year, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2019-03-18\/pancakes-are-coming-to-pakistan-as-ihop-to-open-19-restaurants\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Bloomberg<\/a>, they were opening up at least 19 restaurants in Pakistan. After some hurdles with the onset of coronavirus earlier this year, it seems that their launch is back on track.<\/p>\n<p>Recently it was revealed that its first branch is finally inaugurating in Karachi&#8217;s Shahbaz Commercial next month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">American pancake restaurant IHOP to open its first branch in Pakistan next month on Shahbaz commercial in Karachi. According to reports, 9 of the branches in Pakistan will be<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/amp\/s\/propakistani.pk\/2019\/03\/18\/ihop-is-coming-to-pakistan-with-its-world-renowned-pancakes\/\"> managed by Gerry&#8217;s Group<\/a> while the rest 10 branches will be sub-franchised. The managing director of Gerry&#8217;s Group was quoted as saying:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>We are delighted to be bringing the world famous American IHOP experience to our country and to our portfolio of successful companies.<\/p>\n<p>While IHOP will be a new brand in Pakistan, there is already significant awareness of and excitement about IHOP and we look forward to the opening of our first location later this year.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Let\u2019s stay positive and welcome investments good for the country and consumers .
