\u201cI used to eat cheese and all but I didn\u2019t know that dairy products are harmful to your hair, nails and skin. Your skin breaks out because of inflammation in your body so when I stopped eating it my skin started glowing.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

No wonder they say, ‘you are what you eat’. Eating healthy benefits your body in more ways than one. Like most people with flawless skin, she also makes sure she’s hydrated.<\/p>\n
