According to reports, the boy went out to play with his friends on Tuesday morning. A couple of hours later, he was found in a semi-conscious state with torture marks all over his body. The young boy was taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital and later shifted to JPMC where he succumbed to his wounds. The boy’s father has registered an FIR at the Sir Syed Police Station.<\/p>\n

Station House Officer (SHO) Nawaz Ali Brohi said that an autopsy is not required to confirm sexual assault as the doctors had examined the boy’s condition when he was brought to the hospital. The SHO also added that the perpetrator may be a teenager.<\/p>\n
Police have filed an FIR under Sections 363 (punishment for kidnapping) and 337(A) (Shajja \/bodily injuries) of the Pakistan Penal Code. The police will now also include a murder section as well.<\/p>\n
