It’s a proud moment for all of us to see our Muslim community worldwide getting the recognition they deserve. And when it comes to Muslim women, it makes us even prouder! Recently, Hafsah Faizal became the first ever Niqabi American author to be featured in Forbes 30 under 30 list.<\/p>\n

Hafsah who hails from Texas, is not only an award winning author, but she is also the founder of IceyDesigns. The company creates websites for authors and sells book-inspired candles, notebooks and much more.<\/p>\n

On December 1, Hafsah Faizal entered the list of Forbes 30 under 30<\/a> in the Art and Style category.<\/p>\n

The 27-year-old is also the first niqabi woman to enter the New York Times bestsellers list with her fantasy novel We Hunt The Flame<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Moreover, her book We Free the Stars<\/em>, which is the sequel of We Hunt the Flame<\/em> also received an award. This again, is also the first time that a niqabi woman achieved this feat.<\/p>\n

Hafsah started her career at the age of 17 and is proud of who she has become in the last 10 years.<\/p>\n
