The video has made several rounds on social media and it has gathered massive backlash from netizens. Pakistanis are furious at the neglect and they are wondering who is to blame here? The parents, who left their minor son to drive a vehicle unsupervised or the authorities who didn’t take any action when they spotted him.<\/p>\n
