A developer from Pakistan is making a replica of Paris in a housing scheme located in Gujranwala. According to the details, the society will also have the second tallest Eiffel tower. This will leave behind Bahria Town Lahore’s replica standing at 80 meters.<\/p>\n
The Le Paris Housing Scheme will cover 4,800 acres [19.4 sq km], whereas Paris is 105 km. It is being constructed by a sister company of Master Tiles and Ceramics. Furthermore, France\u2019s AREP Group and Renzo Piano Building Workshop will be responsible for its architecture, design, and planning.<\/p>\n
Reportedly, the housing scheme will also have a 200m tall Eiffel Tower- the original is 324 meters in height. Another road will also be called ‘Shanzelize street<\/strong>‘, inspired by Avenue des Champs\u2013\u00c9lys\u00e9es in Paris.<\/p>\n The Marketing Manager, Bilal Sandhu, says Pakistanis don’t need to go to Europe. According to him, we will be given the same facilities in Gujranwala.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Pakistanis will not have to go to Europe. The city will give affordable houses but will be replete with facilities just like the real Paris.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n <\/p>\n You can register with the company for 5, 7, and 10 marlas plots in just Rs110,000.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The people who register will be given priority and will also benefit Rs30,000 in the price to be paid for the property. This means they will eventually be paying Rs140,000, after adjusting Rs110,000 of the registration fee.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n <\/p>\n Prime Minister Imran Khan earlier extended the fixed tax regime for the construction sector. He has introduced a ‘Construction Package’ to help the economy of the country. Many incentives and amnesties have been granted to the sector. In addition, builders and investors will not be questioned by the FBR regarding their sources of income.<\/p>\n All of this is set in place to help the economy, which contracted for the first time in 68 years.
