In a recent Tweet, he highlighted the development work in the city and said the city was &#8216;changing&#8217;. This, of course, sparked anger amongst netizens. To call some superficial development work &#8216;change&#8217; is a stretch, argued the citizens. And Karachiites know how much more effort is actually required in the city.<\/p>\n<p>Murtaza Wahab shared some photos of roads being carpeted by KMC. Karachi is changing? It seems like the authorities are focusing their energies on fixing a few roads and calling it a day.
