Hate to inform him that wearing a kurta over jeans, or slacks has been around for ages. In fact we were pretty much over the trend after the 90s and early 2000s. But Akcent style statement might bring back the trend.<\/p>\n
Although women continue to sport kurtis and jeans as indo-western wear, the trend didn’t catch on as much among men but maybe it will now.<\/p>\n
However kurtas with pants rather than a shalwar or pajama was huge in the West among the hippie movement during the 1960\u2019s and 1970\u2019s.<\/p>\n
