I think it\u2019s a filter,\u201d the judge replied.<\/p>\n \u201cIt is, and I don\u2019t know how to remove it,\u201d the lawyer said in response.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n https:\/\/twitter.com\/JudgeFergusonTX\/status\/1359202090824966151<\/p>\n Judge Roy Ferguson later shared the clip on social media. He shared how the error is just a sign of us being human and it was funny and harmless, if not heart-warming.<\/p>\n “These fun moments are a by-product of the legal profession’s dedication to ensuring that the justice system continues to function in these tough times. Everyone involved handled it with dignity, and the filtered lawyer showed incredible grace. True professionalism all around!” he said<\/p><\/blockquote>\n The lawyer behind the accident had a purr-fect<\/em> response to the ordeal, as well. In a telephonic interview with The New York Times, the lawyer said:<\/p>\n \u201cIf I can make the country chuckle for a moment in these difficult times they\u2019re going through, I\u2019m happy to let them do that at my expense.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n <\/p>\n Rod Ronton did try to play it a little cool saying, his secretary \u2013 whose computer he was using for the call \u2013 was ’embarrassed’ by the mistake.
