The monetary value has to be appropriate based on the groom&#8217;s income. The purpose is to offer a woman enough financial security to sustain herself in case of divorce or if she&#8217;s widowed.<\/p>\n<p>Unique <em>mehr<\/em> requests like a book wish-list and Quran are admired novelties.
