The eatery confirmed that this pasta was indeed named Babar Azam.<\/p>\n

The only Babar Azam we all know is the young cricketer. After all the bad press the cricketer got, why name a dish on the menu after him?<\/p>\n

It is unclear if the pasta really is named after the cricketer given his scandalous past. Pakistani cricketer Bara Azam received plenty of bad press after his alleged girlfriend came forward with sexual harassment claims against him. Just recently she withdrew the case against him and it was revealed that the scandalous claims were made against the sportsman to malign him.<\/p>\n

Located at Khayaban-e-Shujaat, in DHA Karachi, the restaurant itself is actually a ‘modern gourmet caf\u00e9<\/em>‘. Xanders is a popular haunt in Karachi, with several branches to its name.<\/p>\n

The menu includes simple and light meals from quick sandwiches, pasta, pizza, to a cheese-burger. Aside from deli food staples, the eatery also offers desserts and an ‘all-day breakfast’ menu. This appears to be the bestseller for the place.<\/p>\n
