As the engagement was announced, Twitteratis went into the celebration mode.<\/p>\n<p>But a new video has raised eyebrows of the general public as they see Shaheen&#8217;s brothers celebrating the occasion with aerial firing.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, the fast bowler&#8217;s father had confirmed that Shahid Afridi&#8217;s family has accepted their proposal and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thenews.com.pk\/latest\/800542-shaheen-afridi-to-be-engaged-to-shahid-afridis-daughter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Shaheen is set to marry Afridi\u2019s daughter<\/a> in two years\u2019 time.<\/p>\n<p>He also said that their families have a longstanding relationship with each other and a formal engagement ceremony will be held soon.<\/p>\n<p>Soon, a wave of celebration and happiness spread all across social media.
