Recently, Azekah<\/a> sat down with Fuchsia Magazine for an interview segment on YouTube The actress talked about her experience as a minority in the showbiz industry. Azekah belongs to a Christian family but she hasn’t let that dictate her career. While most people are sensitive about facing discrimination at the workplace, Azekah believes it isn’t a big deal for her.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it doesn\u2019t make much difference. For some it matters who make it obvious but it\u2019s not such a big deal. Now, what\u2019s in the hearts of people is not obvious but there isn\u2019t any open discrimination as such,\u201d she said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Speaking on her experience in the showbiz, Azekah believes that the entertainment industry is not discriminatory against any minority group.<\/p>\n

“The industry itself is very liberal, but I have to face discrimination in other matters, which is okay I guess because you have to face it anywhere if you are a minority. You just accept it and live with it and not make any big issue out of it because this is how the world runs.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

When asked if Azekah was talking about fans, she said: \u201cYes, some of my fans but they wouldn\u2019t be my fans, they are just there to troll and bash.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
