The couple had already hinted at being engaged with a subtle post on Valentine&#8217;s Day as they exchanged rings, however, they never explicitly said so.<\/p>\n<p>But they have now officially announced their relationship status. Taking to her Instagram, the <strong>Jalan<\/strong> star wrote,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Here is to forever.
