Following the popularity of Ramzan drama, Chupke Chupke<\/strong> fans have been demanding a season two.<\/p>\n

Back in 2019 following the massive popularity of Suno Chanda<\/strong> the drama serial was renewed for season two on public demand. However, this time around public demand won’t get us another season of Chupke Chupke.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Now even show front-runner, Osman Khalid Butt laid it out that there will be no season two. In an Instagram comment<\/a>, the actor behind ‘Faazi’ affirmed that the drama serial won’t be renewed for season two. However, he gave us a sliver of hope that that’s just the decision for now.<\/p>\n

“A lot of you are asking whether a second season of Chupke Chupke<\/strong> is in the works. As of yet, there is no news or development on that front.” He went on to add, “If the writer is inspired to write a sequel and the channel content heads approve, only then will we – as actors – get to know if anything is happening.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

He threw the ball into the writer’s court. Previously, the drama serial’s writer, Saima Akram Chaudhry also clarified that the network has no plans to create Chupke Chupke<\/strong> season two.<\/p>\n

Playwright Saima Akram Chaudhry, said;<\/p>\n

\u201cDear fans, viewers and followers, I know you loved Chupke Chupke, Ishq Jalebi and Suno Chanda. I am grateful to all but it\u2019s not possible for me to take your Instagram calls and talk [to] everyone, … Please accept my apologies and don\u2019t call directly. Trust me it\u2019s too irritating and it is too unethical to call someone at midnight.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
