Pakistani actress Iman Ali recently appeared in Vasay Chaudhry’s Ghabrana Mana Hai<\/em><\/a>. Speaking with the host, Iman shared that she finds it hard to photograph herself because she feels that she is not good looking.<\/p>\n

Shedding light on the issue, Iman Ali used rather questionable tone, as she equated the transgender people with ugliness. She said that every time people tell her that she’s good-looking, she is forced to look in the mirror, but she is unable to love herself.<\/p>\n

Did Iman Ali just equate transgenders with ugliness?<\/h3>\n

When asked about why she isn’t active on social media, she said,”<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t like the way that I look. People tell me I’m good-looking, but when I stand in front of the mirror I feel everyone is lying. I can’t even take pictures of myself. Whatever angle I try, I think ‘aye haye, khusra<\/em>‘.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

She continued,<\/p>\n

“People say ‘you\u2019re lying, you must like yourself’. I don\u2019t like myself and people should be able to understand that not everyone is supposed to love themselves. This is why I can\u2019t take selfies and why I\u2019m not active on social media.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
