A few days ago, Sadaf Kanwal came under fire for her problematic stance on feminism and ‘our culture.’ Later, in another television appearance, her husband Shahroz Sabzwari said that ‘besharmi’ is the first motive of feminism.<\/p>\n

When the conversation drifted towards item numbers in movies, specifically, Sadaf Kanwal’s Kaif o Suroor<\/em><\/a>\u00a0in\u00a0Na Maloom Afraad 2<\/em><\/strong>, the host asked Shahroz how did he feel about it. To this, the actor said he liked it a lot.<\/p>\n

The host then asked him whether he went to the rehearsals to support her,<\/p>\n

“I didn’t know her at that time, I just watched her perform as Sadaf Kanwal and I really liked her performance.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Shahroz Sabzwari believes that ‘everybody’ loved Sadaf Kanwal’s item song. When the host asked if he raised an issue about it, Shahroz said that he ‘didn’t have any right on Sadaf at that time’. She just did her ‘work’ and nobody should judge someone because of their work.<\/p>\n
