We’re all subjected to social media criticism but celebrities face this more publically. So when Hania Amir took a hiatus from social media, fans were concerned about her mental health.<\/p>\n

Recently the Dilruba<\/strong> actress had a Q&A session for fans on Instagram<\/a>. That’s when one fan, in particular, asked about the starlet being inactive on social media.<\/p>\n

“Why are you not active as you used to be on Insta?”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\t\t

The Anaa<\/strong> actress then shared how she’s not as comfortable putting herself out there anymore for people to critique.<\/p>\n

Replying to the question, Hania said;<\/p>\n

\u201cDon\u2019t feel like it anymore! I\u2019ve picked enough battles here. Voicing your opinions comes at a price, and the price is your mental health. Mean comments, putting each other down on the internet had started getting to me and honestly I lost faith in humanity. So I needed a break!\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\"Hania<\/p>\n

The Na Maloom Afraad 2<\/strong> actress shared how her mental health has suffered for voicing her opinions. Right now she needs to heal from that. This doesn’t mean Hania Amir will return to being vocal on social media as the actress has found contentment in keeping her private life private.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t like putting my life there anymore. I\u2019m at peace. I like that people know less and say less. Maybe one day Instagram and I can rekindle the friendship we once had, but for now I\u2019m good.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\t\t
