Actress Aymen Saleem is set to make her television comeback after a very public announcement to quit. She will be starring in the upcoming drama Ibn-e-Hawa<\/em><\/strong> with Hira Mani, and Shahzad Sheikh.<\/p>\n

Previously after a very successful drama debut as Mishi in the Ramzan drama Chupke Chupke<\/em><\/strong>, Aymen Saleem announced that she’s parting ways with the biz. At the time she shared that she’s overwhelmed by the entertainment industry.<\/p>\n

Looks like she’s recovered from the glam shock.<\/p>\n\t\t

Like most Hum TV dramas, Momina Duraid is producing this project. Saji Gul penned the script while Ahmed Kamran directed the project.\u00a0Speaking to Dawn Images<\/a>, writer Saji Gul revealed some details about the drama serial such as the theme. The drama serial will be tackling the issue of misogyny.<\/p>\n

“It will be about how the mind of a man is molded within a patriarchal system, how he is taught that a woman is inherently evil, how the man starts seeing all relationships in a negative light and as a burden, how he sees a woman as a deceiver.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\t\t

According to O’ Rangreeza<\/em><\/strong> writer tried to highlight the distance between men and women and how we forget that we’re the same species.<\/p>\n

“Normally the terms Ibn-e-Adam (son of Adam) or Bint e Hawwa (daughter of Eve) are used, … However, [we tend to forget] the son of Adam is also the son of Eve, he doesn’t just descend from Adam alone.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
