Looks like 2022 will be churning out more films than anticipated, as Abu Aleeha is set to release another movie, ‘Shot Cut<\/em><\/strong>‘.<\/p>\n

Produced under the banner of Kk Films the project is an Abu Aleeha film. He’s the filmmaker behind works like Tevar<\/em><\/strong>, Kataksha<\/em><\/strong>, and Once Upon a Time in Karachi<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

His most talked-about works would definitely be the biopic of a serial killer, Javed Iqbal. Yet, now he wants to create a comedy after an extensive portfolio of horror and thriller films.<\/p>\n\t\t

According to Images<\/a>, this will be his first comedy film, first Punjabi film, and it’s actually a situational comedy.<\/p>\n

The movie follows two low-tier theatre actors who are in love. The film sees them resuming their lives after a 20-year gap. Doesn’t make much sense? Well, this film is supposed to just be easy laughs.<\/p>\n

\u201cDon\u2019t expect any deep-rooted message from this film. It would be most gracious of you if you can deduce one, and I\u2019d like to thank you for it, but the film is a mindless romp.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Shot Cut<\/em><\/strong> cast includes names like Gohar Rasheed, Juggun Kazim, Sana Fakhar, Naseem Vicky, Ahmed Hasan, Marhoom Ahmed Bilal, Honey Albela, Alia Khan, Nawaz Anjum, Ahmed Nawaz, and Balbir Singh. Meanwhile, shooting will commence in February and wrap up before the end of the month.<\/p>\n

As for the release date, it’s scheduled for Eid-ul-Azha 2022.<\/p>\n\t\t
