Pakistanis may not be the most thriving nation in the world, and we accept our shortcomings. However, there is one thing we are certainly passionate about, and that’s food \u2013 particularly biryani<\/em>. The iconic dish has variants in India and all across Southeast Asia, but EVERYBODY knows Pakistani\u00a0biryani\u00a0<\/em>is the best.<\/p>\n

However, one student from Bangladesh decided to take a stand and flat out claim that Bengali\u00a0biryani\u00a0<\/em>is the better. Not only did this young student have the audacity to make such a controversial statement, but she also says it to the most “Pakistanist” Pakistani \u2013 Shahid Afridi<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n

“Everywhere I go, you guys only eat\u00a0machli\u00a0<\/em>(fish) with rice,” Afridi retorts.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

However, Afridi calmly offered to host the young “misguided” girl, promising to offer her a ‘true Pakistani biryani<\/em>‘ experience.<\/p>\n
