We saw that Spotify\u2019s Instagram page was updated with a message from Arooj Aftab, who is the artist of the month.<\/p>\n\n<div data-mode=\"normal\" data-provider=\"html5\" id=\"arve-html5-\" style=\"max-width:720px;\" class=\"arve\">\n\t<div class=\"arve-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"arve-embed\">\n\t\t\t<video class=\"arve-video fitvidsignore\" controls controlslist=\"\" data-arve=\"arve-html5-\" onloadstart=\"this.volume=1\" preload=\"metadata\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/lens\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/SnapInsta_275445645_250876433926762_4225720735208491025_n.mp4#t=0.1\"><\/video>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n<\/div>\n<p>Spotify listeners around the country have stirred multiple conversations about what this entails for women musicians of the country and today we are going to give you a detailed guide on what EQUAL Pakistan is all about!<\/p>\n<h4><strong>EQUAL \u2013 A Program by Spotify<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The EQUAL program was launched by Spotify to amplify women&#8217;s voices on its platform. The destination is a step towards extending the right resources and creating the much-needed impactful opportunities for women artists. This means that the Ambassador also gets to be featured on NYC Times Square\u2019s Billboard! Well, to do that you need to log in to your Spotify app or web browser, click on the Search tab and scroll down on the list appearing to find the Equal album.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>EQUAL Pakistan \u2013 The Destination!<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Pakistani women artists have entranced audiences with their music for many years. It is a need of the hour to equip our women with adequate facilities to boost their careers and give them the encouragement they have always desired. We reached out to Rutaba Yaqub \u2013 Spotify\u2019s Music Manager to get her thoughts on the EQUAL program and how she thought it benefitted Pakistani artists; this is our favorite part from our conversation with her:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;The future is woman.
