Through this drama, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/mahirahkhan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><em>Hum Kahan Kay Sachay Thay <\/em>star<\/a> received a critical acclaim for her performance. However, the writer has repeatedly confessed that he regrets casting Mahira and Adnan in a project based on his own life.<\/p>\n<p>In March 2020, Khan called out the writer for his misogynistic words and stated that<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;<span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">I am shocked at what I have just heard and seen!!
