Her comments were criticized on the international front. Countries like the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Oman, Indonesia, Iraq, the Maldives, Jordan, Libya, and Bahrain strongly condemned her comments.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Woh Lamhe actor took to her Instagram to defend politician Nupur Sharma\u2019s controversial remarks. She stated that because there are ‘non-practicing Muslims’ in India, reprimanding the BJP politician is uncalled for.<\/p>\n
