Actor Ahad Raza Mir <\/a>lands a major role in the British period drama\u00a0World on Fire\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>on BBC One. This is the actor’s second international role in 2022, following the success of\u00a0Resident Evil<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ahad Raza Mir is enjoying great success in 2022 (aside from his marital life). After making waves on social media with his Netflix debut on\u00a0Resident Evil<\/em>,\u00a0<\/strong>the 28-year-old is set to star in another international project.<\/p>\n

The actor has officially joined the cast of BBC One’s\u00a0World on Fire\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>series. Ahad will play a major role in the second season of the show, portraying the character of Rajib. He will be working with several other new additions to the cast that include Mark Bonnar and Gregg Sulkin.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0World on Fire\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>series is a period piece, telling the story of World War II “through the eyes of ordinary people whose lives have been thrown into chaos\u201d. Wriitern by Peter Bowker, Rachel Bennette and Matt Jones, the second season of the show will have six episodes<\/p>\n
