A few days back the court took back the order for the postmortem of the televangelist Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain and his kids took a sigh of relief. But once again the matter of his exhumation is raised by Neelam Ghar’s <\/em><\/strong>host\u2019s third wife Dania Malik. She recently filed a petition in Sindh High Court to clear all the speculations about her.<\/p>\n

The death of Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain has shocked everyone nationwide. On 10 June, Aamir Liaquat\u2019s family held his funeral, burying his body in Abdullah Shah Ghazi\u2019s shrine. However, his untimely death and \u2018speculations\u2019 of foul play, in light of the recent events in Liaquat\u2019s life, the court decided to order an autopsy. Conspiracy theorists believe that the Aalim Online<\/em><\/strong> host was murdered.<\/p>\n

Abdul Ahad filed a petition to the Sindh High Court to exhume and conduct a postmortem on Aamir Liaquat. The autopsy had been denied by the heirs earlier at the time of burial. But Barrister Arsalan, counsel for petitioner Abdul Ahad, asserted.<\/p>\n

And later after the overruling of the court regarding the autopsy the religious scholar\u2019s first wife Bushra Iqbal file a petition to stop this and let him be in peace afterlife which she won.<\/p>\n

As the netizens are blaming Dania Malik for the death of Aamir Liaquat. The TikToker once again filed a petition to clear her name from all the speculations. A two-member bench comprising Justice Mohammad Iqbal and Justice Kousar Sultana Hussain heard the petition. The court approved her request to become a party in an identical petition.<\/p>\n

A lawyer for the Liaquat family informed the court that no mark was found on the body of the deceased, adding that his children did not want a postmortem examination of their father.<\/p>\n

During the hearing, Dania\u2019s mother told the court that the late PTI-MNA<\/a> was a renowned personality and the cause of his death should be determined to end speculations. The court accepted Dania\u2019s petition and directed all parties to appear in the next hearing on July 28 with full preparation.<\/p>\n\t\t
